Trevor is the founder and principal consultant of The Zierhut Group. He brings over a decade of experience in government, public affairs, and advocacy, with a career that began in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he helped represent California’s Central Coast while working on Capitol Hill.

Since launching The Zierhut Group in 2017, Trevor has become a trusted advisor on some of the region’s most complex policy and political issues. Known for his pragmatic style and coalition-driven approach, he helps clients navigate government processes, build credibility, and achieve results in high-stakes environments.

Trevor serves on the board of the Ventura County Family Justice Center Foundation and previously served on the board of the Ventura County Leadership Academy. He has been recognized for his leadership with inclusion in the Pacific Coast Business Times and Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40 lists.

For more than a decade, Jennifer has managed large-scale initiatives, built cross-sector partnerships, and overseen programs that demand both strategic vision and operational precision.
